I believe in creating things that people want. I keep the customer central to everything I do through understanding their actions, motivations, and desires.
My philosophy is simple. Use data to understand the "what" people do and use psychology to understand the "why" they do the things they do. Then make sure they tie directly back to business objectives. Only by combining these things can we truly create the best experiences for consumers. |
